Before you switch ON the
appliance
Please read these operating instructions
carefully. They contain important informa
tion on how to install, use and maintain the
appliance.
The manufacturer is not liable if you fail to
comply with the warnings and instructions.
Please retain these operating instructions
as they may be required by a subsequent
user of the appliance.
When installing and
connecting the appliance,
comply with the following:
Warning!
This appliance contains a small quantity
of environmentally friendly but flammable
R600a refrigerant. Ensure that the tubing
of the refrigerant circuit is not damaged
during transportation and installation.
Leaking refrigerant may cause eye injuries
or ignite.
The more refrigerant an appliance
contains, the larger the room must be.
Leaking refrigerant can form a flammable
gas air mixture in rooms which are too
small.
The room must be at least 1 m# per 8 g of
refrigerant. The amount of refrigerant in
your appliance is indicated on the rating
plate inside the appliance.

In an emergency

Rinse eyes and call a doctor.
•
Keep ignition sparks and naked flames
away from the appliance.
•
Pull out the mains plug.
•
Ventilate the room for several minutes.
When using the appliance,
comply with the following:
Warning!
Do not store products which contain
flammable propellants (e.g. spray cans) or
explosive substances in the appliance.
Risk of explosion!
The appliance may be repaired by qualified
technicians only. Improper repairs may put
the user in considerable danger.
Keep children away from the appliance.
If the appliance features a lock, keep the
key out of the reach of children.
Never use electrical appliances (e.g. ice
crusher) inside this appliance.
Never use a steam cleaner to defrost or
clean the appliance.
When cleaning or defrosting the appliance,
pull out the mains plug.
Do not stand or support yourself on the
appliance.
Bottles which contain a high percentage of
alcohol must be sealed and stored in an
upright position.
Keep plastic parts and door seals free
of oil and grease. Otherwise, parts will
become porous and leak.
