INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Product Assembly:
After reprocessing, assembly is required for the Symmetry Sharp Kerrison
the shafts prior to inserting tips.
1. Align top and bottom of shaft parts into one another with the lever in the down position.
2. Squeeze the handle together with the lever remaining in the down position.
3. With the handle closed, push the lever upwards
