9.3 Piña Colada
The classic Caribbean cocktail made with pineapple and coconut.
For 1 cocktail:
100g ice cubes
5cl white rum
2cl dark rum
Place the ice cubes in the blender jug (4) and crush for short bursts using the pulse button (12).
Place the crushed ice in a cocktail glass.
Place all other ingredients in the blender jug (4) and blend at a low speed, then beat on at a medium
speed until frothy. Pour into the cocktail glass over the ice. Decorate with a pineapple wedge and cocktail
cherry on the rim of the glass and serve with a straw.

9.4 Frozen Cappuccino

100g ice cubes
1 cup of strong cold coffee
Place the ice cubes in the blender jug (4) and crush for short bursts using the pulse button (12).
Add vanilla ice cream and stir through at a medium speed. Add the cold coffee and blend briefly at a
slow speed.
Serve immediately.

9.5 Smoothie

Serves 4
350g berries (e.g. strawberries, raspberries,
blueberries or blackberries)
1 banana
Wash and clean the berries, halving the strawberries. Slice the banana and place all ingredients in the
blender jug (4). Blend for around 30 seconds for a medium to high speed. Serve immediately.
Tip: Particularly delicious in summer with frozen berries. Then, first crush the berries using short bursts with
the pulse button (12) and then add the remaining ingredients and blend briefly at a medium speed.
