In case of long-term power cuts when continuation of cooking process is impossible or unwanted, unplug the appliance. To
reset the programme at next switch-on, press and hold the "Отмена/Разогрев" button until the "– – – –" message will be
lit on the display.
Time Delay function
The Time Delay function allows to adjust the time by which the dish will be ready (programme operation time included).
You may delay the programme for up to 24 hours with 5 minute intervals.
Please note that the time of delay must exceed the cooking time. Otherwise the cooking programme will start after you press
the "Старт/
", button.
To adjust Time Delay (not applicable for the "МУЛЬТИПОВАР" programme):
1 Select a cooking programme by pressing the «Меню» button.
2 Press the «Таймер/Отсрочка» button, adjust the cooking time if necessary. Press the «Таймер/Отсрочка» button again.
The "Отсрочка" indicator and the remaining cooking time (time of delay start included) will be displayed.
3 Press the "–" and "+" buttons to increase or reduce the cooking time. Press and hold the corresponding button to scroll
through the digits
To get information concerning time adjustment for the "МУЛЬТИПОВАР" programme please refer to the corresponding section
below.
The Time Delay function is not applicable for the "ЖАРКА" and "ПАСТА" programmes.
When adjusting Time Delay, please note that the "ПАР" programme countdown begins only upon reaching the operating
temperature (after water comes to a boil).
Avoid using the "Time Delay" function for dairy and other perishable food.
Keep Warm function
The function automatically activates at the end of a cooking cycle (not applicable for the "ЙОГУРТ" programme) and keeps
food warm at 70-75°С for up to 24 hours. If Keep Warm is activated, the "Отмена/Разогрев" button LED is lit up solid, and
the timer begins to count the operating time.
To disable the function, press and hold the "Отмена/Разогрев" button.
To disable the Keep Warm function in advance press and hold the button until the Отмена/Разогрев" button LED goes out. To
enable the function, press and hold the "Старт/
" button (the "Отмена/Разогрев" button LED is lit up solid).
General operating procedure for automatic programmes (except for the "МУЛЬТИПОВАР" and "РАЗОГРЕВ"
programmes)
For information on the "МУЛЬТИПОВАР" and "РАЗОГРЕВ" programmes please refer to the corresponding sections.
1 Prepare (measure) the ingredients, put them into the bowl. Please make sure that all the ingredients (water included)
are below the maximum fill mark on the inside of the bowl.
2 Place the bowl inside the appliance. Make sure it makes full contact with the heating element.
3 Press the multicooker lid until it clicks into place. Plug in the appliance.
4 By pressing the «Меню» button select the required cooking programme, a corresponding programme indicator and
default cooking time will be displayed. By pressing the "Выбор продукта" button, select the type of product for the
"ЖАРКА", "ТУШЕНИЕ", and "ПАР" programmes: a corresponding indicator ("МЯСО", "РЫБА", or "ОВОЩИ") and default
cooking time will be displayed. You can adjust the cooking time.
5. Enable the "Time Delay" function if necessary.
6 Press and hold the "Старт/
" button for a few seconds. The "Старт/
up solid. The cooking cycle starts, the timer starts to countdown.
7 You can disable the Keep warm function in advance during a cooking cycle by pressing and holding the "Старт/
button (the "Отмена/Разогрев" button LED is off). To enable the function, press and hold the "Старт/
8 When the cooking cycle is completed, an audible signal is heard. After that, depending on the settings, the appliance
switches to either the Keep Warm mode (the Keep Warm timer will count up) or to the Standby mode.
9 To interrupt the cooking cycle, to cancel the programme or to disable the "Keep Warm" function, press and hold the
"Отмена/Разогрев" button.
To adjust the cooking time:
1 Having selected the cooking programme, press the «Таймер/Отсрочка» button. The "Таймер" indicator is displayed,
time digits start flashing.
2 Pressing the "+" and "–" buttons, adjust the desired time value. Hold the corresponding button to scroll through the
digits
3 After adjusting the cooking time (time digits are flashing), proceed to the next step. To clear time settings, press the
"Отмена/Разогрев" button and start the adjustment from the beginning.
When adjusting the cooking time manually, please note that adjustment range and intervals depend on the selected programme.
In some programmes countdown begins only upon your multicooker reaches the set operation temperature.
"МУЛЬТИПОВАР" programme
The programme is recommended for cooking any meal with your own temperature and time settings. Temperature can be
adjusted between 35 and 170°С with 5°С intervals, and time — between 2 minutes and 15 hours with 1 minute intervals
(for up to 1 hour period of time) or 10 minute intervals (for more than 1 hour period of time).
If the cooking temperature in the "МУЛЬТИПОВАР" programme is below 75°С, the "Keep Warm" function is not available.
1 Follow steps 1-3 of the "General operating procedure for automatic programmes" section.
2 Press the "Мультиповар/°С" button, the cooking temperature will be displayed (default temperature is 100°С). Press
the "–" and "+" buttons to adjust the cooking temperature.
3 In 2-3 seconds after temperature is adjusted, the "Таймер" indicator and flashing time digits will be displayed (default
time is 30 minutes).
If you failed to adjust the desired cooking temperature, press and hold the "Отмена/Разогрев" button until an audible signal
is heard, then start the adjustment from the beginning.
4 Press the "–" and "+" buttons to adjust the cooking time. Press and hold the corresponding button to scroll through the
digits
5. To set the time of delay (if necessary), press and hold the «Таймер/Отсрочка» button. The "Отсрочка" indicator and
the remaining cooking time (time delay included) are displayed. Adjust the time value by pressing the "–" and "+"
buttons. Press and hold the corresponding button to scroll through the digits.
6 Then follow steps 6-8 of the "General operating procedure for automatic programmes" section.
"РИС/КРУПЫ" programme
The programme is recommended for cooking rice and other types of grain. Default cooking time is 35 minutes. You can
manually adjust the cooking time from 5 minutes to 4 hours in 1 minute intervals.
"ТОМЛЕНИЕ" programme
The programme is recommended for cooking fore shank, meat jelly or fish and other dishes, that require slow cooking.
Default cooking time is 2 hours and 30 minutes. You can manually adjust the cooking time from 10 minutes to 12 hours in
10 min intervals.
"ПЛОВ" programme
The programme is recommended for cooking beef pilaf, pilaf with fish or vegetables. Default cooking time is 1 hour. You
can manually adjust the cooking time from 10 minutes to 2 hours in 5 min intervals.
"ЖАРКА" programme
The programme is recommended for frying meat, fish, and vegetables. Default cooking time depends on selected programme
(use the "Выбор продукта" button): "МЯСО" — 15 minutes, "РЫБА" — 12 minutes, "ОВОЩИ" — 18 minutes. You can manu-

long cooking. Default cooking time depends on the selected programme (use "Выбор продукта" button): "МЯСО" —
1 hour, "РЫБА" — 35 minutes, "ОВОЩИ" — 40 minutes. You can manually adjust the cooking time from 10 minutes to
12 hours in 5 min intervals.
