f When making any connections, counterhold them on
the appliance using a size 14 spanner (see chapter
"Installation options / Undersink installation").

f Install the appliance with the water connections onto the tap.

10.3 Connecting the power supply

Carry out all electrical connection and installation work
in accordance with relevant regulations.

f Ensure that the appliance is earthed.
The appliance must be able to be separated from the
power supply by an isolator that disconnects all poles
with at least 3 mm contact separation.

Observe the type plate. The specified voltage must match
the mains voltage.

In its delivered condition, the appliance is designed for
unpressurised water connection and equipped with a
power cable including plug.
Provide a permanent connection if the appliance is to be
used under pressure-tested conditions.
f Remove the plug from the power cable and prepare
the cable for a permanent power supply.
f Connect the power cable in accordance with
the electrical connection diagram (see chapter
"Specification / Wiring diagram").
f Change the type plate. Cross out "0 MPa" and tick
"1 MPa". Please use a ballpoint pen to do this.

In its delivered condition, these appliances are equipped
with a power cable for a permanent power supply.
You can connect a cable with a maximum cross-section of

3 x 6 mm inside the appliance if you decide in favour of a
direct connection to a permanently installed power cable.
f Connect the power cable in accordance with
the electrical connection diagram (see chapter
"Specification / Wiring diagram").
