The R60 is an irreversible gearmotor with a driving power which
can be varied in accordance with the pressure exerted by the
drive wheel on the ground.

Drive transmission between motor and gearmotor is by means
of V-belts to avoid mechanical damage due to recoil shock
transmitted from the gate at travel start, travel end, and during
direction change. The drive wheel tolerates approx. 10 cm level
difference as the gearmotor unit runs on vertical chromed ways.
Wheel/ground pressure is variable from 150 to 600 kg and is

maintained by special adjustable springs.
