Überwachung und Unterhalt
Hinweis
Sorgfältige Wartung ist die beste Vorsoge gegen
Schäden und Betriebsunterbrechungen. Deshalb
raten wir ihnen das unten aufgeführte
Wartungsprogramm zu befolgen.
Wartung
500 Betriebsstunden oder max. 1 Monat
• Bürstenkontrolle auf Verschleiß und
Bewegungsfreiheit.
• Inspektion des Zustandes von Bürstenhalter und
Kommutator.
• Kontrolle der Kommutierung.
• Vibrationsmessung dicht beim äußeren
Lagerdeckel. Bürstenvibrationen mit Hilfe eines
isolierten Stifts kontrollieren.
• Den Lagerzustand kontrollieren (vorzugsweise mit
Stoßpulsmessung).
• Die Lager und Lüfter auf Vibrationen kontrollieren.
• Die Funktion der Kühlerthermostate kontrollieren.
• Ggf. in die DMP-Maschine eingedrungenes Öl oder
Fett entfernen.
• Sowohl die Hauptluftfilter als auch das Leckluftfilter
in den Kühlern wechseln.
• Der Filterwechsel für Fremdlüfter ist von den
Umgebungsbedingungen abhängig.
• Siehe Abschnitt «Filterwechsel S.39».
2000 Betriebsstunden oder max. 4 Monate
• Das Motorinnere mit Staubsauger in Kombination
von reiner, trockener Druckluft oder durch
Abwischen von Verunreinigungen säubern.
• Den Isolationswiderstand der Wicklungen sowohl vor
als auch nach der Säuberung mit einem 500-V-
Isolationsmesser messen.
• Alle Bürstenverbindungen und Bürstenkabel
kontrollieren.
• Die Lager schmieren oder reinigen und wieder mit
Fett füllen.
• Siehe Abschnitt «Schmierung S.35».
Inspection and maintenance
Remark
Careful maintenace is the best insurance against
failures and interruption of operation.
This is the reason why we advise you to follow the
maintenance schedule shown below.
Maintenance
500 duty hours or max. 1 month
• Inspect brush for wear and freedom of movement.
• Inspect the condition of brush-holders and the
commutator.
• Check the commutation.
• Check for vibrations. Measure near the outer
bearing cover. Vibrations are also checked at the
brush using an insulated stick.
• Check bearing condition.
• Check fans regarding bearing vibrations.
• Check the function of thermostat regulators for
coolers
• If necessary clean away oil or grease which
eventually has entered into the motor.
• Exchange main air filters as well as air leakage filter
in coolers.
• For separate fans, filter exchange depends upon the
environment.
• See chapter «filter change p.39».
2000 duty hours or max. 4 months
• Clean the motor inside using a vacuum cleaner in
combination with clean, dry pressure air or by wiping
off the contamination.
• Measure the insulation resistance of the windings
using a 500 V megger (both before and after
cleaning).
• Inspect all connections including the brush flexibles.
• Lubricate or wash out bearings and repack with
grease.
