Bürsten
und Kommutierung
Der Radiusunterschied von Lamelle zu Lamelle darf nicht
größer als 4 µm sein.
Erlaubte Höhenabweichung = max. 4 µm.
Erlaubte Abweichung von zylindrischer Form = max. 2 µm
Die Glimmerisolation des Kommutators ist bis zu einer
Tiefe von 1,5 ± 0,2 mm zwischen den Lamellen zu
entfernen (zu nuten). Jedliche Glimmerreste an den
Lamellenkanten müssen entfernt werden da hierdurch
Funkenbildung verursacht werden kann.
Die Lamellenkanten müssen nach dem Überdrehen
entgratet werden, vorzugsweise durch Abkanten von
0,1 mm.
Der Abstand zwischen Bürstenhalter und Kommutator soll
2,5 ± 0,5 mm betragen. Wenn der Abstand größer
geworden ist muß der Bürstenhalter nachgestellt werden.
Erdungsbürste
Gewisse GS-Maschinen sind mit einer Erdungsbürste
versehen. Sie ist zwischen dem Lagerschild und dem
Tachometergenerator angeordnet.
Hinweis
Die Bürste ist mindestens zweimal im Jahr auf
Abnutzung zu kontrollieren und bei Bedarf
auszutauschen.

The mica laminations of the commutator should be
undercut to a depth of 1,5 + 0,2 mm.
All mica must be removed from the edges of the
laminations.
Disturbance in the form of sparking may be caused by
mica which has not been properly removed. After
undercutting, all sharp edges must be chamfered. A
chamfer of 0,1 mm is recommended.
The distance between the brush holder and the
commutator surface should be 2,5 + 0,5 mm. If the
distance has become larger than stated, the brush holder
must be reset.
Earthing brush
Some DC-machines are equipped with an earthing brush.
The brush is located between the bearing shield and the
tacho-generator.
Remark
Brush wear and brush contact are to be inspected at
least twice a year and replaced if necessary.
