Inbetriebnahme
Kontrollen vor der Inbetriebnahme
Folgende Punkte sind vor dem Start der Maschine
durchzugehen :
• bei der ersten Inbetriebnahme,
• nach längerem Stillstand,
• nach umfangreichen Servicemaßnahmen.
Kontrollen :
• Der Läufer dreht sich einwandfrei und es sind keine
Kratzgeräusche wahrnehmbar.
• Kupplungen und andere mechanische Teile sind fest
angezogen.
• Kühlgebläse haben richtige Rotationsrichtung.
• Anschlüße für Kühlluft und Kühlwasser sind dicht.
Vorsicht
Luftzuleitungen zum Motor dürfen nicht mit
silikonhaltigen Abdeckungen versehen werden,
da sich Silikon-Öl-Teilchen auf der Oberfläche des
Kommutators festsetzen und starken
Bürstenverschleiß verursachen könnten.
• Die Kühlluft hat freien Ein-und Austritt.
• Alle Bürsten (inkl. die eventuelle Erdungsbürste)
sind eingebaut. Die Druckfedern liegen an und die
Bürsten können sich ungehindert in den Haltern
bewegen.
• Sollte die Kommutatoroberfläche durch Gase
angegriffen sein, sind entsprechende Maßnahmen
zu ergeifen. Siehe Abschnitt «Behandlung der
Oberfläche» S. 29).
• Die elektrischen Anschlußleitungen sitzen fest und
stimmen mit dem Schaltplan überein.
• Etwaige Schutzausrüstungen sind funktionsbereit,
wie z.B. Übertemperaturerfassung im Motor sowie
andere Überwachungsausrüstungen.
• Bei Messung des Isolationswiderstandes wird ein
wandfreier Wert erzielt. Siehe Abschnitt «Messung
des Isolationswiderstandes» S.22.
Es empfiehlt sich bei Abweichungen Anweisungen
von ABB Industrie anzufordern.
• Die Lager weisen genügend Lagerfett auf
(entsprechend der Anweisung auf Seite 35).

Checks before commissioning
The following points should be checked before
commissioning a motor, if it is:
• an initial commissioning,
• after a longer period of stand-still,
• after repairs or motor overhaul.
Check that:
• the armature turns freely and no scraping noise can
be heard,
• the couplings and other mechanical components are
safely tightened,
• the fans rotate in the right direction,
• the connections for cooling air and cooling water are
tight,
Caution
Air ducts to the motor must not be sealed with
products containing silicons, as silicon oil
particles will adhere to the surface of the
commutator and cause a heavy brush wear.
• the cooling air has free access into and out of the
motor,
• all brushes, including the earthing brush (if ordered),
are in position.The spring loaded pressure fingers
are snapped against the brushes and the brushes
can move freely in their pockets,
• the commutator surface has been cleaned, if it has
been exposed to corrosive gases during storage
(refer to section «Treatment of commutator surface»
p. 27),
• the electrical connections are securely tightened
and in agreement with the terminal diagram,
• the protective equipment is functioning properly,
e. g. for temperature rise in the motor as well as
other monitoring equipment,
• the insulation resistance has been measured and
the measurements have been accepted (refer to
section «Measuring of insulation resistance» p. 22).
It is recommended to contact ABB Industrie if
abnormal observations are recorded,
• the bearing are filled with grease (refer to section
«lubrication» p. 35).
