Montage und Aufstellung
Fundament - allgemeines
Die Aufstellung der Maschine am Bestimmungsort kann
entweder vom Kunden oder von ABB Industrie Service-
personal ausgefürt werden.
Erforderliche Angaben über Belastungen usw. sind der
Fundamentzeichnung zu entnehmen oder können von
ABB Industrie angefordert werden.
ABB Industrie übernimmt jedoch prinzipiell keine
Verantwortung über die Ausführung des Fundaments, da
dies durch Faktoren beeinflußt werden kann die sich der
Kontrolle von ABB Industrie entziehen.
Die Maschinen müssen auf einem ebenen und
erschütterungsfreien Untergrund stehen. Deshalb wird ein
betoniertes Fundament empfohlen.
Bei der Berechnung und Konstruktion des Fundamentes,
für welches der Kunde verantworlich ist, sollen folgende
Kriterien berücksichtigt werden :
• Ausreichende Stabilität um eventuell auftretende
Kurzschlußkräfte aufnehmen zu können.
• Ausreichende Stabilität um
Momentenschwingungen und die normale restliche
Unwucht der Maschine aufzunehmen.
• Ausreichende Dimensionierung, damit
Eigenschwingung) nicht mit den normal
vorkommenden Störschwingungen eines
gleichrichtergespeisten Gleichstrommotors
zusammenfallen. Ein Zusammenfallen von
Eigenund Störschwingungen kann Vibrationen
verursachen und unerwünschte
Geräuschausstrahlungen hervorrufen.
• Eine Ausfrührung welche das Überleiten von
Vibrationen auf andere Gebäudeteile, z.B. die
Gebäudekonstruktion, ausschließt.
Hinweis
Für die Auslegung des Fundamentes sollen auch die
Zugänglichkeit für Inspektion und Kundendienst
sowie der Platzbedarf für Kabel-und
Kühlluftanschlüsse berücksichtigt werden.
Installation and erection
Foundations - General
The erection of machines at the customers site can be
made by the customer himself or by ABB Industrie service
personnel.
Necessary information with regard to stresses, forces etc.
can be obtained from the foundation drawing or from ABB
Industrie.
ABB Industrie does not accept any responsibility
regarding the foundation, as this can be influenced by
factors which are not controllable by ABB Industrie.
The mounting area of the machine must be level and free
from vibrations. For these reasons a concrete foundation
is strongly recommended.
The customer is responsible for the design and the
design calculations of the foundation. The following
considerations should be evaluated in the design stage:
• Enough stability to withstand possible short-
circuiting forces.
• Enough stability to take up torque pulsations and the
remaining imbalance of the armature.
• The foundation should be dimensioned in such a
way that its own natural frequency, together with the
motor, does not equal those disturbing frequencies
which normally exist in a thyristor-fed d.c. motor.
Natural frequency and disturbing frequencies can
result in vibrations and undesirable noise.
• The foundation should be designed in such a way
that vibrations are isolated and prevented from
reaching other parts of the building, e.g. through the
beam and girder structure of the building.
Remark
Adequate space for inspection, maintenance,
electrical cables and cooling ducts must be provided.
