Inbetriebnahme
Kontrollen während der Inbetriebnahme
Folgende Kontrollen sind während des Startverlaufes
durchzuführen.
Prüfen Sie :
• daß die Lager mit Fett gefüllt sind (siehe Abschnitt
«Schmierung»).
• daß die Lagertemperaturen mehrere Stunden nach
dem Start normale Werte aufweisen (unter 70° C bei
normaler Umgebungstemperatur).
• daß keine ungewöhnlichen Lagergeräusche wahr
nehmbar sind.
• daß alle Betriebsinstrumente normale Werte
anzeigen.
• daß der Stromrichter richtig funktioniert.
• daß die Maschine richtig kommutiert.
• daß die Maschine keine unnormale Vibrationen
aufweist. (siehe Abschnitt «Vibration» S. 34).
Inspektion von Maschinen mit
angebautem fremdkühler, IC 06
Vorsicht
Soll ein Abdeckblech an der Lüfterseite bei laufender
Maschine abgenommen werden, sind folgende
Punkte zu beachten :
• die Lufteintrittsöffnung des Lüfters ist zu
verschließen um eine Überhitzung des Lüfters zu
vermeiden.
• die Inspektionsluke öffnen.
• vom Zeitpunkt des Verschließens der
Eintrittsöffnung darf die Maschine nicht länger als 5
Minuten ohne Kühlluftzufuhr sein, d.h. die maximale
Inspektionszeit liegt unter 5 Minuten. Dies gilt bei
Nennbetrieb der Maschine.
Commissioning
Checks during commissioning
The following checks are to be made during
commissioning.
Check:
• that the bearing temperatures show normal values
after a few running hours. At normal ambient
temperature the values should be under 70° C.
• that no unusual bearing noise is noticed.
• that all instruments show normal readings.
• the regulating controls of the thyristor convertor.
• the shape and form of the current response (actual
value).
• the commutation of the machine.
• that no abnormal vibrations are present (refer to
section «Vibrations» p. 34 ).
• the surface condition of the commutator.
Inspection of machine with externally
mounted cooling fan, IC 06
Caution
If one of the covers close to the cooling fan is to be
opened for motor inspection while the machine is
running, the following must be observed :
• close off the air intake (to avoid overheating of the
fan motor),
• open the inspection cover,
• from the time the air intake was closed there are
max. 5 minutes for inspection (due to lack of cooling
air). This stipulation is valid at rated machine data.
