CIRCUITO RAFFREDDAMENTO
La manutenzione al gruppo di raffreddamento va eseguita
esclusivamente da personale specializzato, in grado di effet-
tuare le operazioni indicate in condizioni di sicurezza. Le
seguenti operazioni vanno eseguite con la saldatrice seziona-
ta dalla linea elettrica.
• Pulire periodicamente la batteria di raffreddamento, il motore
con aria compressa a max 15 bar.
• Non usare sgrassanti solventi od acqua che possono
danneggiare l'isolamento dei motori.
• Controllare che nel serbatoio, nei tubi e nell'eventuale filtro non
si depositino scorie di alcun tipo, che dovranno essere rimosse
con opportuno lavaggio.
AVVERTENZE: NEI PERIODI DI PROLUNGATA INATTIVITA' o se
per il funzionamento è stata utilizzata acqua, non tenere il
gruppo in luoghi in cui esista la possibilità di CONGELAMENTO.
In ogni caso procedere ad un perfetto svuotamento di pompa,
serbatoio e batteria con aria compressa. Per evitare la rottura del
serbatoio effettuare queste operazione senza tappo e filtro di
riempimento. Sedimenti di acqua o miscela evaporata potrebbero
bloccare momentaneamente la pompa. Dopo lo svuotamento è
consigliabile immettere alcune goccie di anti/grippante nel corpo
pompa o mantenere il gruppo pieno di acqua o miscela, sigillando
il tappo di riempimento ed i raccordi IN/OUT per evitare
l'evaporazione.
COOLING CIRCUIT
The maintenance of the cooling unit is to be carried out
periodically only by a specialized person who is able to perform
all the necessary operations under safe conditions. The
following operations must be carried out with the welder
disconnected from the mains supply.
• Periodically clean the cooling battery, the motor with
compressed air at 15 bar max.
• Never use degreasers, solvents, or water which could damage
the motor's insulation.
• Check that the reservoir, hoses and filter (if present) are free
from slag; if any, wash them out.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: IF THE WELDER IS NOT TO BE USED FOR
A LONG PERIOD OF TIME or if only water has been used, do not
store the unit in places subject to FREEZING.
In any case, completely empty the pump, the reservoir and the
battery using compressed air. In order to avoid damage to the
reservoir, perform this operation after having removed the water
filler cap filter. Any left over water or evaporated cooling mixture
could temporarily cause the pump to stick. When the reservoir is
empty, it is advisable to put some drops of anti-seizing in the body
of the pump or to keep the unit full either of water or of cooling
mixture, sealing the filling cap and the IN/OUT couplings in order
to avoid evaporation.
