Il TE40i si pone l'obiettivo di tenere sotto controllo anche il
parametro della forza, fondamentale per l'ottenimento di
saldature di qualità. Per raggiungere questo obiettivo le tabelle
di saldatura integrate contengono, oltre ai valori di tempo e
corrente, il valore di forza richiesta.
Con le informazioni fornite dall'operatore relative al tipo di pinza
ed i bracci utilizzati il controllo determina il valore corretto di
pressione che deve essere regolato per ottenere la forza
necessaria.
Tramite una valvola proporzionale il TE40i può provvedere alla
regolazione automatica della pressione di lavoro.
Una interfaccia USB opzionale consente di registrare su memorie
flash (chiavetta USB) la documentazione delle saldature effettuate.
Può essere usata anche per l'aggiornamento del firmware e
delle tabelle di saldatura.
La funzione di compensazione della corrente di saldatura facilita
la saldatura di lamiere con tracce di ruggine o vernice e adesivi
interposti tra le lamiere (bonding).
The TE40i aims at keeping under control the force parameter too
as this one is fundamental for obtaining quality spots: the in-
house welding tables contain the value of the required force
besides the values of time and current so to help achieving this
aim.
By acknowledging the pieces of information supplied by the
operator as far as it is concerned the type of gun and arms being
used, the control unit determines the correct pressure value that
must be adjusted in order to obtain the necessary force.
By means of a proportional valve, the TE40i may provide the
automatic working pressure adjustment.
An optional USB interface allows storing the documentation
about the carried out spots on flash memories (USB keys). It may
be used also for upgrading the firmware and the welding tables.
The welding current compensation function makes it easier to
weld both partially rusty or painted sheets and adhesives placed
in between the sheets (bonding).
