3.2.1. Base Configuration
The Sure Sort™ base system, shown in Figure 3-3, includes:
• A Host computer:

• Induct conveyor module
• Stacker base module with bins
(available in depths of 4", 7" and
12"). The actual amount and
size of bins will be determined in
the purchase agreement.
• iBOTs (the actual amount of
iBOTs will be determined in the
purchase agreement).
• 2 large tubs
3.2.2. Options
Optional enhancements include:
OPEX Barcode tunnel
on the imaging conveyor, regardless of their orientation. Details on this option
can be found at
Return conveyor module
Items that come back are mostly items that were not scanned properly. The
return conveyor is motorized and moves items with a conveyor belt.
