9. Attach a padlock to one of the holes in the hasp. Each Authorized
Employee working on the machine must have their own lock, and that lock
must have their name on it or an identifying tag that cannot be easily
removed or damaged (Figure 2-16). The key must be kept in the
possession of that person.
