PROBLEMS

PROBLEMS, CAUSES AND REMEDIES

CAUSES
The safety device of the system
to which the high-pressure water
cleaner is connected has cut-in (fuse,
differential switch, etc.).
Plug not connected correctly.
Dirty water inlet filter (18).
Insufficient water supply or excessive
priming depth.
The detergent suction adjustment
device (20) is not set correctly.
No product in flask.
Excessive detergent viscosity.
No water.
Blocked nozzle.
The safety device of the system
to which the high-pressure water
cleaner is connected has cut-in (fuse,
differential switch, etc.).
The thermal circuit breaker has
tripped.
Leaks and/or dripping in the delivery
circuit.
Unsuitable electrical system and/or
extension lead.
REMEDIES
Reset the safety device.
IF IT CUTS-IN AGAIN, DO NOT
USE THE HIGH-PRESSURE WATER
C L E A N E R A N D C O N TAC T A
QUALIFIED TECHNICIAN.
Disconnect the plug and reconnect it
correctly.
Follow that indicated in paragraph
"ROUTINE MAINTENANCE".
Make sure the tap is completely open
and that the flow rate of the water
supply line complies with what is written
in the "SPECIFICATIONS AND
TECHNICAL DATA" section.
Proceed as written in the "WORKING
WITH DETERGENT" section
Add product
Use a detergent recommended by the
manufacturer, maintaining the dilution
indicated on the label.
Check that the mains tap is fully open or
that the suction pipe can prime.
Clean and/or replace the nozzle as
indicated in paragraph "ROUTINE
MAINTENANCE".
Reset the safety device.
IF IT CUTS-IN AGAIN, DO NOT
USE THE HIGH-PRESSURE WATER
C L E A N E R A N D C O N TAC T A
QUALIFIED TECHNICIAN.
Follow that indicated in paragraph "safety
devices".
Check the condition of the delivery
circuit.
Check that the electrical connections have
been made correctly (see INSTRUCTION
MANUAL - SAFETY WARNINGS),
with particular reference to the extension
lead used.
