Slide the tweezers handle (4) upward from inside the sand blasting cabinet through the
tweezers port.

Rotate the sand hopper (5) so the sand hopper cover (6) is at the top.
•
Remove the plug (7) from the lance port and insert the lance (8).
•
Place the sand blasting cabinet on a smooth flat horizontal surface.

Note: It is important to use a smooth flat surface in order to make sure the vacuum seal surface
does not leak.

Note: Make sure the work surface is scrap material as it will be damaged during the sand
blasting process.

Note: If the tweezers are not being used, make sure the plug in the tweezers port is in place in
order to prevent vacuum leakage.

Note: If the sand blasting cabinet is used in a position other than horizontal, rotate the sand
hopper so it is in a vertical position.

4. MAINTENANCE

Cleaning
Regularly clean the tool casings with a soft cloth, preferably after each use. Remove very

persistent dirt using a soft cloth moistened with soapsuds. Do not use any solvents such as
gasoline, alcohol, ammonia, etc. Chemicals such as these will damage the synthetic
components.

Faults
Should a fault occur, e.g. after wearing of a part, please contact the service address on the

warranty card. In the back of this manual you will find an expanded view showing the parts that
can be ordered.
Environment
To prevent damage during transport, the tool is delivered in strong packaging. The packaging is
made of recyclable materials wherever possible. Therefore please use the opportunity to
recycle the packaging.
