The heavy-duty anchor must reach into the blinding
concrete. The anchor length is to be selected in
accordance with the floor structure over the blinding
concrete.

The anchoring depth h and the drill hole depth h+s are
specified by the connector manufacturer. This results in
an anchor length of at least L = h + s + t + g.

Routing of electrical connection

The user must provide fuse protection for the

electrical connection.

Route the wiring to the installation location.

Routing of compressed air connection

The user must install a service unit upstream of the
compressed air connection.
Route the compressed air connection to the
installation location.

3.1

Hazard warnings

DANGER – Incorrect installation of lifting
platform
Risk of (fatal) injury due to the vehicle falling
or tipping up during lifting, when working on
the vehicle and on lowering.
Erection is only to be performed by Bosch
customer service or authorized service
agents on the basis of these installation
instructions.
Installation is only to be performed if all the
prerequisites are satisfied and the scope of
delivery is complete.
3.2
Electrical connection

Protective conductor checks are to be performed
following initial installation, repair work, installation
modifications and as specified by VDE 0100.
3.3
Definitions
The principal lifting platform components are described
in the original operating instructions.
With regard to installation, a more detailed distinction
must be made between the individual columns, runways
and cross members.
