For stacking purposes, a maximum of two empty
tanks may be stacked on top of one another.
For the version with lid, this must be closed and
completely locked with the two locks.
For the purposes of fixing, there are four locking
cams on the top of the flap lid as well as four
recesses on the underside of the container.
Filled tanks must not be stacked.

5.2 Crane operation

The DT-Mobil Easy 460 l / 600 l
can be loaded off and onto
the transport vehicle in crane
operations by folding up the
4 brackets (item c) attached
to the side of the tank and
attaching the 4 load handling
devices. Each load handling
device (chain) must be of the same length.
Minimum length: 1 m. For the version with lid,
this must be closed and completely locked with
the two locks.
Note:
Before each crane operation, the screw
fastenings of the 4 brackets must be
checked for a correct and secure connec-
tion. Do not stand under the suspended
DT-Mobil Easy 460 l / 600 l filling station
during crane operations.

5.3 Filling

Preparation:
The supplied coupling plug with hose sleeve
DN 19 and hose clamp must be mounted to the
suction hose of the vehicle pump.

For the version with lid, both locks must be
opened and the lid folded up.
Remove the protective cap (red) from the cou-
pling plug of the suction hose of the vehicle
pump.
Remove the protective cap (red) from the cou-
pling sleeve (item f) of the suction hose of the
DT-Mobil Easy 460 l / 600 l.
Join the coupling plug and coupling sleeve
(item f) and fix with sliding sleeve.
Open ball valve of the delivery line (item d).
Switch on the vehicle pump and begin the
filling procedure.
Note: Tank ventilation and pressure relief
are performed automatically by the
integrated valve (item a).
Important!
The filling procedure must be
fully supervised.
