Manual mode:
Press START in the homescreen to start the manual workout.
1. Turn UP or DOWN to chose the workout program. Chose MANUAL and confirm it by pressing
ENTER.
2. Turn UP or DOWN to chose between the following: TIME, DISTANCE, PULSE and CALORIES.
Press ENTER to confirm.
3. Press START/STOP to start the workout.Turn UP or DOWN to set the resistance level from 1 to 16.
4. Press START/STOP to stop the workout. Press RESET to get back to the homescreen.

Description
Shows the workout time in a range of 00:00 to 99:59.
Shows the speed during the workout up to 99,9km/h.
Shows the distance during your workout up to 99.99km.
The computer is calculating the calorie consumption during your workout
up to 9999 calories. The value is based on standard values.
The computer is measuring your heart rate. If your heart rate value is to
high, the computer will give you a signla.
Shows the revolutions per minute from 0 to 999.
Shows the current WATT value from 10-350.
