Power ON:
Start using the machine. The computer will start and show all values for 2 seconds.
If you stop using the machine for 4 minutes, the computer will automatically turn on standby.
Press any key ti wake up the computer.
Workouts:
Press UP or DOWN to chose between:
- Manual
- Beginner
- Advance
- Sporty
- Cardio
- WATT
ENTER
UP / DOWN
START / STOP
RESET
TOTAL RESET
RECOVERY
Press ENTER to confirm.
Turn UP or DOWN to chose the
programm and set the values.
Press START / STOP to start or
stop your workout.
Press RESET in the stop mode
to delete the current data and
get back to the homescreen.
Press TOTAL RESET to delete
all data.
Press RECOVERY to test your
heart rate.
