Seats with powered swivel options, have different
swivel release buttons. The Smart seat (Figures
9 and 10) includes a round button with twist
release. The Style seat (Figure 11) uses a square
button with push release.

PLEASE NOTE:
In an emergency, should the power swivel fail
to operate, a manually operated 'emergency
release switch' can be activated, releasing the
seat to swivel as required. The 'release button'
is located on both sides of the seat (Figure 9).
Emergency release button operation
To activate the button manually, please use the
round disc provided. Insert the disc into the
slotted button and twist to release the seat.
The button may need to be unlocked more than
once to turn the seat through 90° (¼ turn)
(Figure 10).
IMPORTANT NOTE:
The seat mechanism will 'lock' into fixed
positions every 45°. Return the seat to the
start position before resuming normal use.
