Safety notices and regulations for handling batteries

No attempt must be made to recharge
non-rechargeable batteries. Risk of fire and
explosion!
Do not use together either different types of
batteries or new and used batteries.
Use only batteries that match or are equiva-
lent to the recommended type.
Use batteries only with poles correctly
matched.
Remove used batteries from the device im-
mediately.
Do not short-circuit connectors. Risk of fire
and explosion!
Never use defective batteries, damaged cells
or different types of battery cells in combina-
tion.
Do not open batteries. Danger of chemical
burns!
Graupner/SJGmbH cannot monitor the correct charging
and discharging of cells. The entire guarantee conse-
quently becomes void in cases of improper charging or
discharging.
Disposal of used (rechargeable) batteries
Some countries have laws requiring that all used batteries
be turned over to an authorized collection center.
Disposing of batteries along with common household
garbage is illegal. Used (rechargeable) batteries can be
turned into communal collection centers for disposal at no
charge or they can be returned to one of our dealerships
or any other store where batteries of the given type are
sold. You can also return to us, by mail at your own cost,
used batteries supplied by us. Use the return address
