Troubleshooting

Turn off the machine before you repair malfunctions.
The workpiece becomes soiled
Blunt tool
Incorrect speed
Bad quality wood
Wrong rotation direction
Incorrect motor direction
Left-turning network
Machine does not run
Moulding spindle motor does not start
Moulding spindle does not stop when switched off
Microfuse on braking board is defective
Braking board is defective
Electrotechnical maintenance work should only be performed by a qualified electrician!

Disconnect the mains plug.
Remedy
Replace tool
Set the speed as per the operating instructions
Only process good quality wood without knots
Switch the reversing switch around
Remedy
Switch the polarity of the main switch (see the chapter
on rotation direction)
Remedy
 Check the power supply from the operating
network
 Check the fuses (16A factory-fitted)
 Close the rear-side cover properly to switch the
limit switch
 Winding thermostat brake interrupted => replace
the braking board
Remedy
 Check the microfuse on the 10A braking board in
the control housing within the machine
 Replace the braking board
