14.1 System requirements

● PC with Internet access (charges may
apply). Not permitted for other operating
systems, e.g. for Mac OS (Mac OS is a
trademark of Apple Inc., USA).
● Minimum PC requirements: Windows Vista
incl. Microsoft .Net Framework 4.5

14.2 Connecting notebook, loading soft-
ware
1. Scan the QR code with your
notebook and load the commis-
sioning software onto your note-
book. Alternatively you can
download the PPB 30/PP 45
COMMISSIONING SOFWARE
from the download area at
www.maico-ventilatoren.com.
2. Remove the cover of the RLS 45 K.
3. Connect RLS 45 K control with the PC/
notebook (USB).
4. Start commissioning software. Press
"Establish a connection via the USB"
( chapter 14.3). The parameters menu
appears.
5. Set parameters according to your system
composition. Save settings.

14.3 Commissioning software: operation

After the program start the connection is

activated by mouse click.
The following standard display appears
Left side
● Current operating mode: Heat recovery or
cross-ventilation
● Current ventilation level: Off, ventilation
levels 1 to 5, intermittent ventilation or night
time
● Faults: Visible when fault present

Right side

● Query: Shows current system values and
system statuses for the user.
● Settings: Setting options for the user such
as luminosity of the LEDs, remaining time
until filter change, automatic mode etc.
● Instructions: Information/PDF instructions
for the user
