Registering and deregistering handsets

10.1.1

Registering DECT 4000 handsets

can be used for internal and external calls.
Note: The handset is then automatically
assigned an internal call number. The
handset already registered has the
internal call number 1. The second
handset registered is assigned the
internal call number 2. This internal call
number appears in the display to the
right of the name of the telephone.
10.1.2 Registering other DECT-GAP telephones on the base
station
In order to register a DECT-GAP handset from another manufacturer,
follow the instructions in the operating manual provided by the original
manufacturer and then press the Paging button on the base station for 2
seconds. Use the PIN code to register (default setting: 0000).
