11 Registering/de-registering handsets
Four handsets can be registered to a base station (desktop telephone). The handsets delivered with
your telephone are already registered. To register a "foreign" handset please refer to it's user manu-
al.
Registering a handset of the same type
On the handset
Press the menu key.
/
Select REGISTRATION and press OK.
/
Select a base station and press OK. The relevant base is marked with a "+".
Enter the relevant PIN for the base, the new handset should be registered on, and
press OK.
On the desktop telephone
Press the menu key.
Select REGISTRATION and press OK.

After a few seconds the handset is registered.
Deleting a handset
Press the menu key.
/
Select SETTINGS (on the desktop telephone) or BS SETTINGS (on the handset) and
press OK.

Select DELETE HS and press OK.
Enter the relevant PIN (default 0 0 0 0) and press OK.

Select the handset you want to delete and press OK.

Warning: Only delete a handset if you no longer want it to work on your DECT system.
