If the process data stored in the tool are to be archived externally, the process data marked in the ca-
lendar can be saved on the computer by clicking the -button. A detailed description of saving
and archiving of process data is provided in chapter 4.4.
When the -button is actuated, the dialogue to delete process data appears (illustration 20). By confir-
ming with all the process data are deleted from the tool. After the deleting process is carried
out it has to be confirmed by pressing the -button in the following dialogue, then the start screen
appears again.
