2.4. TIPS AND ADVICE ON INSTALLATION

2.4.1. Questions on the S&SO-RS100 io HYBRID?
Observations
The roller shutter
does not operate.
The roller shutter
makes 2 brief
movements before
executing the Up
and Down orders
and functions at
slow speed.
The rotation
direction of the drive
does not self-adjust
automatically.
2.4.2. Adding a Somfy io-homecontrol
Position the roller shutter at its half-way position.
1)
On the wired control point, press three times

on and press once on
and forth movement by the roller shutter:
The radio is activated and the drive is in
programming mode.

2.4.3. Deleting the end limit settings: return to default automatic mode (there are
2 possible methods)
2.4.3.1. With the wired control point
Position the roller shutter at its half-way position.

On the wired control point, press nine times
2)
on and press once on
back and forth movement by the roller shutter:
The end limit settings are deleted.
The control points, the sensors and the favourite position (my) are still programmed.
Resume the set-up operation (see Set-up section).

Possible causes
The wiring is incorrect.
The overheating protection on
the drive has been activated.

with the hand (without stopping) for 5
seconds. Move it back to the lower end

its rotation direction.
