is accessible under the right water
tank.
1. Switch setting to the rear:
digital (Motorola format).
2. Switch setting in the middle:
alternating current (AC~).
3. Switch setting to the front:
direct current
(DC=).
This locomotive is delivered from the
factory set for operation with "Digital".

Operation

Tip:
The locomotive will not function with
an incorrectly selected mode of ope-
ration. If the switch setting on the cir-
cuit plate does not correspond to the
power supply in use and this power
is present in the locomotive's circuits
for a considerable length of time, in
extreme cases the circuit plate make
break down or there may be damage
to other components (example: motor).
