Important: Terminal clips of the same color
on the transformer mean that they have
the same output. The red terminal clip
on the 32 VA transformer is not needed
for connections to the Delta Control 4 f.
2.2 Connecting the Delta Control 4 f
to a Model Railroad Layout
Step 6:
Connect the red and the brown feeder
wires from the track layout to the red and
the brown terminal clips on the back of
the Delta Control 4 f. The red feeder wire
must be connected to the center con-
ductor on the layout. The brown feeder
wire must be connected to the running
rails.
Step 7:
Plug the power cord for the transformer
into the wall outlet.

3. Operation

3.1 Delta Addresses
The Delta Control 4 f can recognize a
total of 4 different locomotive addresses.
1 = Steam locomotive
2 = Diesel locomotive
3 = Powered rail car
4 = Electric locomotive
Setting the address with the coding
switches on the Delta electronic circuit.
