Safety information
Carefully read these operating instructions prior to installation and putting into operation. The information contained in these operating
instructions must be observed.
The Multicast compact must only be operated with original spare parts and accessories listed. Only in this way the performance data
given can be achieved and the required operational safety is ensured.
Dangerous voltages are applied in the inside of the unit. Therefore maintenance and repair work may only be carried out by service
technicians authorized by DeguDent.
Protect the unit against moisture in order to avoid short circuits and damage to the unit.
Before the unit is activated, the correct fixation and proper function of the centrifuge arm must
always be checked.
Unplug the unit if it is not used over longer periods.

Information for the user
The Multicast compact works according to the principle of centrifugal casting. It is designed as a modular
system. The basic unit is equipped with an electric melting device. With the accessory „centrifuge arm for
flame melting" which is additionally available the Multicast compact can be easily converted to melting
with the open flame.
The Multicast compact is suitable to receive the DeguDent casting ring system. Processing of plaster- and
phosphate-bound investment compounds as well as the use of flasks are possible.
The Multicast compact has a powerful microprocessor for operator prompting, motor control and control of
the electric melting furnace. User entries are possible with the key pad of the control element. Messages
and help information are displayed in the integrated LC-display
