6. Adapt the parallel guide fence's handle (1) by turning it clockwise/anticlockwise
until you have the correct resistance and then tighten it so that it stays in place.
Measure, using a ruler or tape, the distance between the blade and the guide
fence to make sure that the cutting length will be correct.
7. Plug the mains lead into a 230 V wall outlet and turn the tile saw on by switching
the on/off switch to I.
Let the blade come up to full speed before beginning to cut.
8. Insert the corner of the tile into the corner of the 45º mitre guide (3) (see fig.).
9. Slide the mitre guide along the parallel guide fence towards the cutting blade in
a smooth motion.
10. Make sure that the mitre guide does not come into contact with the cutting blade.
11. Turn the motor off by switching the on/off switch to 0 when you have finished
sawing. Do not remove the pieces of cut tile until the blade has completely
stopped rotating.
