9. Adjustment Options for the Model Vehicle

Once you have familiarized yourself with the driving characteristics of the model, you can proceed to optimizing the
running characteristics of the model.
The settings are always to be carried out in the same manner on both sides (left/right).
Different springs are available for the suspension as are different shock absorber oils. The oils' different
degrees of viscosity also influence the behaviour of the suspension.
Several attachment points are available for the
undercarriage, both on the upper (1) and lower sides (2).
Furthermore, the four shock absorbers can be adjusted using
their thumbwheel adjusters.
As the vehicle has solid axles, the wheel camber cannot be adjusted. Equally it is not intended that the toe angle be
adjusted, as this is not necessary at low driving speeds nor is it necessary for this type of application.
