2. Prescribed Use

This product is an electrically driven model airplane, which is wirelessly radio-controlled via the re-
mote control system included in the delivery. The model is designed for outdoor use and should be
flown under weak winds or in calm weather conditions only. The model airplane is pre-assembled and
is delivered with built-in remote control and drive components.
The product must not get damp or wet.
The product is not suitable for children under 14 years of age.
Take note of all the safety instructions in these operating instructions! They contain
important information regarding the handling of the product.


3. Product Description

The prototypical model airplane „Cessna 182" is a largely pre-assembled RtF model (RtF = „Ready to
Fly"). The fuselage, the wings and tail assembly made of foam are pre-assembled. All components
required for drive and control are built in the model ready for use.
The model is decorated with a colour decal sheet, which is applied ex works. The model, which can be
controlled via 2 or 3 axes, can be assembled easily within a short period of time.
The controllable functions are: elevator and rudder as well as the speed control of the motor.
The ailerons of the model with item no. 233770 are controlled with the help of two additional servos.
The model is controlled via the remote control transmitter included in the delivery. Due to its easy
flying characteristics, accurate steering behaviour and elegant appearance, this model is equally suit-
able for beginners and experienced model airplane pilots.
To prevent the wheels of the model from being caught up in high grass during landing, which can
result in damage, the three-leg undercarriage included in the delivery can be removed in a few steps
only.
8 Mignon batteries (e.g. Conrad item no. 650117) or Mignon rechargeable batteries are necessary to
operate the transmitter.
