n) Installing the Drive Unit

Now glue the motor mount (1) together in accordance with the adjacent
illustration.
Then screw the aluminium motor bracket (2) to the motor and connect the
three motor connection cables to the flight controller (3).
Note:
If you wish to solder the connections as in the illustration, you
will need to check the polarity of the motors (see section „Putting
the Flight Controller into Operation").
You need to solder your preferred type of battery plug to the power supply
cables (4).
Place the propeller catch (5) in place and tighten the two grub screws. Make
sure the catch rotates correctly.
Cut the 10 x 10 x 100 mm square motor mount bracket (6) to exactly 76 mm
and glue it in the motor mount.
Then slide the complete unit fully into the fuselage. The motor mount must be
seated against the foam (see fig. 24 also). Once you have checked the correct
positioning, glue the square motor bracket to the fuselage with 5 minute epoxy
glue.
The flight controller (3) is slid through the ventilation opening into the fuselage
and is secured there with double-sided adhesive tape.
