NOTE:
If the approach angle of the shield is incorrect,
the shield cannot enter fully into the holder and
thus cannot be installed.
Work the shield up and down to check the
operation.
TO REMOVE/REPlACE HOlDER
To remove the holder, first remove the shield. Next,
push up the release lever (1), and, with a flat rod
like a house key or a flat bladed screwdriver, push
the red clip under the holder backwards (2) until the
holder pops up. Then, lift the holder up toward the
top of the helmet to remove completely.
To replace the holder, position top tab on the

backside of the holder on the base plate (3), align
the holder with the recess of the helmet shell (4)
and push in around the lower part of the holder (5)
firmly toward the shell until it clicks in to place and
is fully secured to its base plate. Reinstall the shield
as per previous instructions.

WARNING:
If the holders are not correctly reinstalled, these
may come off when you try to replace the shield.
Be sure the holders are fully secured to their
bace plates before you replace the shield.
