In casi particolari può essere necessario
operare con la cabina sollevata e il motore
acceso (Fig. 1). In questi casi, prestare par-
ticolare attenzione agli organi in movimento e alle
parti calde, indossare i Dpi specifici e operare con
il numero minimo di persone necessarie all'esecu-
zione della manutenzione.
E' vivamente consigliato di non fumare o uti-
lizzare fiamme libere durante tutte le opera-
zioni di manutenzione e riparazione.
Si raccomanda di rispettare la normativa in
materia di smaltimento delle parti e/o delle
sostanze sostituite (filtri, olii esausti, batterie etc.)
e fare riferimento a quanto specificato dai produt-
tori sulle schede di sicurezza.
Quando è previsto un lungo periodo di inattività è op-
portuno effettuare le seguenti operazioni:
• Parcheggiate la macchina in un ambiente asciutto e
riparato.
• Vuotate l'acqua del radiatore e del motore.
• Verificate che tutte le componenti siano lubrificate ed
ingrassate.
• Non lasciate la chiave di avviamento inserita nel
commutatore.
• Togliete la batteria e lubrificate i terminali e i morset-
ti.
• Al termine del periodo di inattività prima di riavviare
la macchina effettuare una manutenzione generale
della macchina.

It may be necessary in particular cases
to operate with cabin lifted and engine on
(Fig. 1). If so, pay particular attention to
moving and hot parts, wear specific PPE and
work with minimum number of persons requi-
red for executing maintenance.
It is strongly recommended not to smoke
or use naked flames during all maintenan-
ce and repair operations.
We recommend respecting the regula-
tion on disposal of replaced parts and/or
substances (filters, exhaust oils, batteries, etc.)
and refer to that specified by the manufacturers
on the safety sheets.
The following operations must be carried out when
a long period of inactivity is foreseen:
• Park the machine in a dry and covered environment.
• Drain water from radiator and engine.
• Check all components are lubricated and greased.
• Do not leave starter key inside change-over switch.
• Remove the battery and lubricate terminals and
clamps.
• Generally service the machine before re-starting it
at end of inactivity period.
