② with spindle extension ① into actuator
Screw guide spindle
(WAF36).
→
③ onto guide spindle ②.
Screw lower nut
→
④ on spindle extension ① and fix with cap screw
Position bridge
⑤ (cap screw M16 x 45, Allan key WAF12). Secure cap screw
⑤ with Loctite 274.
→
③ onto guide spindle ②.
Screw upper nut
→
Set max. and min. stroke by means of upper and lower nuts
and lock in each case with second nut ③.
→
Test valve for function and leaktightness
→
⑥ onto stroke limitation and screw cover ⑦ by hand
Place tube
onto guide spindle ②.
