Intended Use

- Measurement operations in the excess voltage category II (1000V) and III (600V)
- Direct current measuring up to max. 1000 V/DC and alternate current measuring up
to max. 750 V (AC True RMS = AC actual value measuring up to 400 Hz)
- Measurement of direct and alternating voltage up to 10 A
- Capacity measuring up to 100 µF
- Measurement of frequencies up to max. 10MHz (multi-meter operation)
- Measurement of resistance values of up to 40MOhm
- Continuity check (< 100 Ohm acoustic)
- Diode test
- Duty cycle measuring with % display
- Display of the curve shape of a measuring signal up to 8 MHz with various parame-
ters. The voltage at the SCOPE input may not exceed 750 Vrms.
- Data transmission via optical interface
Operation is only admissible with batteries, accumulators or the optionally available
power pack unit.
The measuring instrument must not be operated when it is open, i.e. with an open
battery compartment or when the battery compartment cover is missing. Measuring
in damp rooms or under unfavourable ambient conditions is not admissible.
Adverse ambient conditions include:
- excessive dampness or humidity
- dust or combustible gases, vapours or solvents
- Storms or stormy conditions such as strong electrostatic fields, etc.
