6.5. Kontrolle vor dem Probelauf / Checks to be performed before the trial run

Vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme bzw. nach Revisionen
ist noch einmal die Ausführung der kompletten Anlage
aus mechanischer als auch elektrischer Sicht zu kon-
trollieren. Unter anderem ist zu überprüfen oder festzu-
stellen, dass:
· die ausgeführte Montage sowie die Betriebsbedingun-
· der Motor ordnungsgemäß montiert und ausgerichtet
· nach längerer Lagerung des Motors Fettverteilungs-
· die Abtriebselemente, je nach Art, richtige Einstellbe-
· der Motor ordnungsgemäß verdrahtet ist (Leistungs-
· die Erdungs - und Potentialausgleichsverbindungen
· alle Befestigungsschrauben und Verbindungselemen-
· bei Motoren mit Passfeder im Wellenende diese
· die Fremdbelüftung korrekt angeschlossen und funkti-
· die Drehrichtung des Lüftermotors dem Drehrich-
· die Kühlluftführung nicht beeinträchtigt wird (Die aus-
· evtl. vorhandene Bremsen auf Funktion überprüft
· bei evtll. vorhandenen Wasser- Kühlkreisläufen der
Hinweis: Diese Auflistung kann nicht umfassend sein.
Weitere Prüfungen können entsprechend der speziellen
Verhältnisse zusätzlich erforderlich sein.

Before initial operation and after major inspections,
check the complete plant both from a mechanical and
electrical point of view. The procedure should include
checks that:
· the installation and the operating conditions comply
with the specified nameplate data,
· the motor is properly installed and aligned,
· after prolonged storage it is always a grease distribu-
tion run necessary (see chapter 6.3.),
· the driving elements are properly adjusted (e.g. pro-
per belt tension, coupling properly aligned and balan-
ced),
· the motor is properly wired (power cables and leads
of monitoring devices),
· the earthing and equipotential bonding have been
made as specified in the applicable regulations,
· all fastening screws, connecting elements and electri-
cal connections are properly tightened,
· the key is secured unless prevented otherwise by dri-
ving elements such as pulleys, couplings etc.
· the forced ventilation is correctly connected and in
proper service condition,
· the direction of rotation of the fan motor corresponds
with the direction arrow on the fan housing,
· the cooling air flow is not impaired (The hot outlet
cooling air must not be drawn in by the fan!),
· the brakes, if any, are inspected for proper functio-
ning,
· the radiator of the water-cooling circulation, if any, is
connected, filled, ventilated and workable ( make the
test! ).
Note: This listing contains only the most important
aspects. Further tests may be necessary as required
by the specific conditions on site.
