5.2. Elektrische Ausführung / Electrical design
5.2.1. Wicklung, Isolationssystem / Winding, insulation system
Mit den verwendeten Isolierstoffen wird die Isolierstoff-
klasse F nach DIN EN 60 034 erreicht. Damit kann die
Wicklungsüber-temperatur bei einer Kühlmitteltempera-
tur von +40°C maximal 105 K betragen. Zur Erhöhung
der Zuverlässigkeit der Motoren werden im System
auch Isolierstoffe mit dem Temperaturprofil TI 200 der
Klasse H verwendet.
Die Motoren sind nicht für den direkten Anschluss an
das Drehstromnetz vorgesehen, sondern müssen über
einen leistungselektronischen Umrichter betrieben wer-
den. Ein direkter Netzanschluss kann zur Zerstörung
des Motors führen.
Isolationsfestigkeit
Das Isolationssystem der Motoren ist so ausgelegt,
dass sie an Umrichter mit einer maximalen Zwischen-
kreisspannung U
sen werden können.
Achtung: U
kreisspannung der nur kurzfristig auftritt und annähernd
mit der Einsetzspannung des Bremschoppers bzw. der
Rückspeiseeinrichtung gleichgesetzt werden kann.
Die maximal zulässige Spannungsanstiegsgeschwin-
digkeit (dU/dt) an den Motorklemmen darf maximal
4 kV/ms betragen.
Die Überspannung an den Motorklemmen darf den
Wert 1,3 kV nicht überschreiten. Zur Erreichung dieser
Werte ist gegebenenfalls der Einsatz von Motorstrom-
filtern bzw. -drosseln erforderlich.
5.2.2. Leistungsanschluss / Connection to system
Die Anschlussstellen für Motor und Schutzleiter sind im
Motorklemmkasten durch Abnahme eines Deckels
zugänglich.
Auf dem Motor befindet sich der Klemmkasten stan-
dardmäßig oben. Die Kabelausgänge sind dabei mit
Blindverschraubungen versehen und können kunden-
seitig auf die nötigen Erfordernisse angepasst werden.
Zusätzlich zum Erdanschluss im Klemmkasten ist
unmittelbar neben ihm eine weitere Erdanschluss-
schraube angeordnet.

All insulation materials used ensure insulation class F
to DIN EN 60 034. Therefore the winding temperature
rise based on ambient temperature of +40°C may be a
maximum of 105K. We also offer the option of insula-
tion materials to temperature profile TI 200 of class H
to increase the insulation life of the motors, or increase
the output, with rise 125K.
The motors are not designed for direct connection to
the three-phase system but have to be operated by a
suitable VVVF electronic power converter. Direct con-
nection to the system may destroy the motor.
Insulation performance
The insulation system of the motors is designed such
that they can be connected to a converter with a maxi-
mum d.c. link voltage U

voltage which is only transient and approximately
equivalent to the inception voltage of the braking chop-
per or of the energy recovery unit.
The maximum permissible rate of voltage rise (dU/dt)
at the motor terminals may be max. 4 kV/ m s.
The overvoltage at the motor terminals must not
exceed 1.3 kV. It may be necessary to use motor cur-
rent filters or reactors to achieve these values.
The motor and protective conductor terminals are
accessible in the motor terminal box after removing the
terminal box cover.
The terminal box is mounted on the top of the motor.
The cable entries are blank screwed with conduit
thread.
Additional to the earth connection in the terminal box a
second earthing terminal is arranged on the frame
beside it.
