Auf- und Abziehen von Antriebselementen
Bevor die Abtriebselemente aufgezogen werden, muss
zunächst der Korrosionsschutz vom Wellenende ent-
fernt werden.
Die Sitzflächen sind danach leicht mit einem säurefrei-
en Öl einzuölen.
Bei der Herstellung wurde der Rotor des Motors dyna-
misch gewuchtet. Das Wellenende ist hierbei, falls nicht
anders vereinbart, mit einer halben Passfeder gewuch-
tet (Kennzeichnung auf dem Leistungsschild beach-
ten!). Die Abtriebsnabe muss in diesem Fall ebenfalls
mit einem Halbkeil gewuchtet worden sein!
Die Passung des Wellenendes ist auf dem verbindli-
chen Maßbild angegeben. Vor dem Aufziehen des
Abtriebselementes müssen unbedingt die vorhandenen
Ist- Werte des Wellenendes und der Kupplungsbohrung
gemessen werden.
Das Aufziehen der Abtriebselemente darf nur mit geeig-
neten Hilfsmitteln erfolgen.
Die Hinweise des Herstellers des Abtriebselementes
sind unbedingt zu berücksichtigen.
Im Wellenende ist dazu eine Gewindebohrung vorhan-
den, die das Aufdrücken erheblich erleichtert.
Zur Unterstützung des Aufziehens kann das Abtriebs-
element im Ofen oder Ölbad gleichmäßig auf ca. 100°C
erwärmt werden und danach auf das kalte Wellenende
geschoben werden.
Beim Abziehen von Abtriebselementen sind geeignete
Vorrichtungen (z.B. Abzieher) zu benutzen - die Abstüt-
zung muss dabei auf dem D(AS)- seitigem Wellenende
erfolgen.
Beim Auf- bzw. Abziehen dürfen auf keinen Fall harte
Schläge oder Stöße auf den Motor oder das Messsys-
tem gelangen! Hierdurch könnte es sehr leicht zu
Beschädigungen der Lager oder der Welle kommen!

Mounting and pulling off driving elements
Remove the anti-corrosion coating from the shaft end,
before mounting the driving elements.
Apply a thin acid-free lubricant film to the seat.
The motor rotor has been dynamically balanced during
manufacture. The shaft end has been balanced with a
half key unless agreed otherwise (see for marking on
nameplate). The driving hub must also be balanced
with a half key.
The shaft end fit is defined in the binding dimension
drawing. Measure the actual values of the shaft end
and the coupling hole before mounting the driving ele-
ment.
Use only suitable means to mount couplings.
Observe the instructions given by the manufacturer of
the coupling .
The shaft end is provided with a threaded hole which
facilitates the fitting and removal of couplings .
The mounting can be further assisted by heating the
coupling half evenly to approx. 100°C in a furnace or
oil bath before mounting it on the cold shaft end.
Use suitable devices for mounting or pulling off driving
elements such as a proprietary puller. Support the
device at the DE shaft end.
Take care that the motor or the measuring system are
never subjected to hard blows or impacts when mount-
ing or pulling off a driving element as this may damage
the bearings or the shaft!
