The welding machine can be run as standard on a mains voltage of 3x380
V~, 3x400 V~ or 3x415 V~, provided that the auxiliary transformer is
switched to the correct value for the operating -voltage supply.

Warning! If the machine is designed to run on a special voltage,
the Technical Data shown on the rating plate apply. The mains
plug and mains supply lead, and their fuse protection, must be
dimensioned accordingly.

ASSEMBLING THE POWER SOURCE

- Fit mounting brackets
and
the openings

in both mounting brackets are at the top left
- Insert the fastening plates
the rear, as shown in Fig.14, and screw on loosely using M8 x 20 steel
screws with washers and retaining rings.
- Place the power source
screw on from below using four M8x16 steel screws complete with
washers and retaining rings.
- Now screw both mounting brackets firmly to the trolley frame
- Working from the front, insert the cooling unit

and position it. (The guide tongue at the rear must
slot in underneath).
- As you can see in Fig. 15, the unit only needs to be fastened at Point
, using an M8x16 steel screw (inserted from below), with washer
and retaining ring.

FIXING THE INTERCONNECTING CABLE TO THE

POWER SOURCE AND COOLING UNIT
- Shift the mains switch
- Fix the strain-relief device of the interconnecting cable using the
screw provided
- Plug the "Welding potential" bayonet plug of the interconnecting
cable to the
- Plug the 37-pole control plug into the control-plug socket
fasten it tightly with the swivel nut
- Plug the water forward-flow and return-flow hoses of the intercon-
necting cable to the plug-on connectors

N.B.! If the cooling unit is not plugged in, the overtemperature indicator
lights up on the power source. Welding is not possible.
