- Laufwerksmechanik ausbauen (Pkt. 27).
- Tonkopfleitungen ablöten (notieren).

- 2 Schrauben (Fig. 37b) herausschrauben und den Tonkopf
entnehmen.
29. Andruckrollenhebel auswechseln (Fig. 38 und 39)
- Laufwerksmechanik ausbauen (Pkt. 27).

- Rastnase nach außen drücken und Andruckrollenhebel
nach oben abziehen.

- Ölfangscheiben und abziehen (Fig. 37).

- 3 Schrauben herausdrehen und Laufwerkabdeckung

- Riemen und abnehmen (Fig. 40).

- Schwungräder und herausnehmen.
Nach dem Einbau der Schwungräder müssen die Capstanwellen
mit Spiritus oder Reinigungsbenzin gereinigt werden.
31. Laufwerkleiterplatte ausbauen (Fig. 41)
- Cassettenlaufwerk ausbauen (Pkt. 3).

- 2 Schrauben herausdrehen und Haltewinkel

- Beide Servomagnete ablöten.

- Schraube herausdrehen.
- Leiterplatte vorsichtig abnehmen.

28. Removing the rotary head
- Remove the drive mechanism (para 27).
- Unsolder the headleads (note them).

- Undo 2 screws
29. Replacing the presure roller levers (Fig. 38 and 39)
- Remove the drive mechanism (para 27).
- Press the locking lug

30. Replacing the flywheels
- Remove the drive mechanism (para 27).
- Pull off the oil seals

- Undo 3 screws
(Fig. 36).

- Remove the belts
- Take out the flywheels
After having fitted the new flywheels the capstans must be cleaned
with spirit or cleaning benzine.
31. Removing the drive mechanism circuit board (Fig. 41)
- Remove the loading and drive mechanisms (para 3).

- Undo 2 screws
- Unsolder both servo magnets

- Undo screw .
- Remove the circuit board carefully.
