Disassembling the pump (cf. Figs.  to 4)
Fig. 1: Remove the nozzle (2) from the impeller
housing.
Fig. 2: Apply a strong thrust with your thumb on to
the housing brackets (2) to press them to the outside
from the edge of the motor and impeller housing.
Fig. 3: Turn the impeller housing (3) clockwise to
the tappet stop (4), and then remove from the motor
block (5).
Fig. 4: By turning clockwise remove the drive unit (6)
with the impeller (7).
Danger of breaking ! The ceramic magnetic rotor is
sensitive to impact and rupture, and draws to inside
due to its magnetic action = snap effect. For this
reason, remove gently.
Caution !
When assembling, make sure that no foreign bodies
are bonded to the magnetic rotor !
If the drive unit (6) cannot be moved any more due to
liming or dried soiling: Do not apply any force ! Place
the pump or impeller housing in a diluted vinegar or
citric acid solution for about 48 hours.

Vue 1: Séparez la buse d'injection (1) de la chambre
de turbine.
Vue 2: Détachez les clips de verrouillage (2) par
une forte pression des doigts sur les ergots et vers
l'extérieur de la chambre de turbine.
Vue 3: Tournez la chambre de turbine (3) dans le
sens horaire jusqu'à l'ergot de maintien (4) puis
séparez-la du bloc-moteur (5).
Vue 4: Extrayez l'ensemble mobile (6) et sa turbine
(7) en effectuant une légère rotation dans le sens
horaire.
Attention, risques de bris ! Le magnéto-rotor en
céramique est sensible aux chocs. Sa puissance
magnétique développe une forte attraction vers
le bloc-moteur et implique une extraction avec
précaution.
Attention : Lors du remontage, assurez-vous que le
rotor ne comporte aucun corps étranger!
Si l'entraînement devait être impossible à bouger en
raison d'une calcification ou d'impuretés sèches : ne
forcez pas ! Immergez la pompe ou l'entraînement
durant 48 heures dans du vinaigre blanc.
