Disassembling the drive unit (Figs. 5 to 9)
Take apart only in case of repair (visible wear
damage) !
Fig. 5: Press the locking spring (1) of the drive shaft
(2) together, and at the same time lift and remove
the impeller (3). As a rule, rinsing several times
under the water tap will do.
Fig. 6: In case of repair, disassemble the drive unit
by holding the magnetic rotor (4) tight and turning
the drive shaft (5) and the bearing disc (6) anti-
clockwise through the resistance of the snap-in
point, at the same time sliding the brake shoes (7)
out of the side of the housing and removing it by
hand. As and when necessary draw off the bearing
ring (6) from the housing of the drive shaft (5)
with your finger nail. An illustration and a precise
description of the individual parts are rendered in
the chapter on spare parts.
Démontage de l'entraînement (vues 5 – 9)
Ne démontez ces pièces qu'en cas de nécessité de
réparation (traces d'usure nettement visibles) !
Vue 5: Appuyez la lame de verrouillage (1) située
sur l'arbre d'entraînement (2) tout en saisissant et
en détachant la turbine (3). En règle générale, un
rinçage minutieux à l'eau courante est suffisant.
Vue 6: Si nécessaire, démontez la partie mobile.
Pour cela, maintenez le magnéto-rotor (4) puis
tournez l'ensemble arbre d'entraînement (5) et palier
(6) dans le sens anti-horaire au-delà de son point
de résistance : les mâchoires de freinage (7) se
présentent hors de leur logement et peuvent en être
extraites avec les doigts. Si nécessaire, détachez le
palier (6) de l'ensemble arbre d'entraînement (5) à
l'aide de l'ongle.
