Annual servicing
Disassembly of the Classic DOC skimmer
At least once a year, the entire plant has to be
serviced. In case of unfavourable conditions, such
as lime deposits on the pump, a lot of mud, and in
case of decreasing performance, the intervals have
to be shortened. Whilst servicing, no skimming will
take place, which is no risk for the inhabitants of the
aquarium for some hours.
Remove
the
skimmer
Hydrofoamer, and remove the Classic DOC skimmer
from the tank / filter tank.
Pull off the silencer (1). Tilt the Hydrofoamer forward
a little and pull away to the right (2).
Dismount the pump. Pull off the air hose (3) and
service; cf. Hydrofoamer 9006.04 / 9011.04.

Entretien annuel
Démontage Classic DOC Skimmer
Nous conseillons de réaliser un entretien complet
de l'installation par an. Lors de conditions de
fonctionnement difficiles comme par ex. une forte
précipitation calcique dans la pompe, beaucoup
de mucus ou une diminution des performances,
cet entretien pourrait intervenir plus tôt. Durant
cette intervention de quelques heures, l'aquarium
the
est privé de son écumage ce qui ne devrait pas
présenter de risques pour les animaux.
Déposez le godet d'écumage, arrêtez l'Hydrofoamer
puis retirer Classic DOC Skimmer de l'aquarium /
de la filtration.
Retirez le silencieux à air (1), soulevez légèrement
l'Hydrofoamer puis tirez-le vers la droite (2).
Déposez l'Hydrofoamer. Pour cela, démontez
l'alimentation en air (3) et réalisez son entretien,
voir Hydrofoamer 9006.04 / 9011.04.
