Cement spacers 30 underneath frame 31 as shown in Fig. 6, then place frame over hull hatch with the rear edge
flush with the rear hatch coaming. Slide cabin 32 over the frame until its front wall touches the front coaming, spot
cement it to the frame at each corner and then cement parts together completely.

Cut the six awning deck floor coverings 40 out of the self-adhesive decal sheet and stick them in position. Drill a
10 mm dia. hole for mast 89 through the awning deck, put the mast into the hole, fit and cement mast heel top 41
and bottom 42 and remove the mast.
Slide the front edge of the awning deck into the gap between the roof of the saloon and the rear wall of the
wheel house, spot cement it in the centre of the gap, turn the assembly over and cement deck to saloon all around
from the bottom.

Put saloon 33 onto cabin, spot cement it inside at each
corner first and then cement it all around. Insert rear
saloon wall 34, push it tightly against frame 31, align it
vertically and then cement it. Sand rear saloon edges
flush with rear wall, fill any gaps with Stabilit Express
and then paint the whole rear wall with white enamel.
When dry, put wheel house 35 in position. Align it that
there is a 1 mm gap between the roof of the saloon
and the rear wall of the wheel house, which later an
accepts the front edge of the awning deck, and then
cement it in position.
Paint all window frames 36 with light grey enamel, ce-
ment them in front of the window apertures, projecting
evenly all around, and then cement the window panes
37 in position.
Cement one each fillet 39 for the twelve stanchions
46 and the four eyebolts 121 inside the bulge that runs
around the awning deck 38 and fill the sockets A with
scrap wood. Then drill twelve 2 mm dia. holes for the
stanchion feet 122 and four 1 mm dia. holes for the
