Potential cause/solution
• The heating control light will light up regularly and turn off
during use. This is normal, the illumination of the control
light only indicates when the device is heating up in order to
maintain the operating temperature.
• The device must have reached the operating temperature in
order to emit steam. After turning on the device, please wait
for the red light to turn off before you push down the steam
button.
